Those who develop others—by design, not by default
A mastermind (collaborative) and mentorship (learning) studio for executive and organizational coaches, consultants, and internal trainers — AND for serious students of transformational methodology and leadership who want to build real skill in this work — all learning to develop and integrate transformational methodologies safely, ethically, and effectively.
Learn how to think and coach deeper than tactics—helping people and organizations turn culture, accountability, and purpose into results that really last.
It goes beneath quick fixes—shifting how people think, the emotions that actually drive their behavior, and how they communicate with each other—so better behavior becomes natural, not micromanaged. The outcome: a more autonomous, collaborative environment where good practices stick on their own.
And you're not learning this from one voice or one method. In the Studio, you're drawing on the collective wisdom and professional experience of the whole group—discovering new approaches, methods, and practices for working with yourself, your clients, and the people you lead.
This isn't a replacement for your expertise or your growth — it's an enhancement. Whether you're refining the coaching, consulting, or training tools you already use, or building your foundation in this area, we help you integrate these methods with depth, discernment, and care.
Start with a 3-month immersion to explore and apply these approaches—whether in your coaching, consulting, or training work, or in your own growth and practice. If it's a fit, you'll have the opportunity to continue in our Practitioner or Mastery Path to deepen your skill and expand your impact.

F.A.Q.'s
Some important principles of "safe and ethical" practice of coaching and development is being up front, honest and consistent with your pricing. As well as setting up payment structures that do not lock people into participating in something that isn't right for them ... no sunk cost fallacy here!
So we designed the Studio with a 3 month trial commitment, which can be paid all at once $1200 OR in monthly installments $425 a month.
At the two month mark you will be offered the opportunity to continue in either another 3 month, a 6 month or year long engagement.
Each offer comes with clear pricing and payment options:
3 month = $1200 or $425 a month
6 month = $2100 or $375 a month
12 month = $3900 or $350 a month
Small enough for meaningful dialogue (typically 15 -20)
Two 75 to 90-minute sessions per month.
YES you can miss sessions (although we promise the recordings will never be as good as the LIVE). 😉
Most participants have at least two years of client-facing experience (coaching, consulting, or internal L&D/OD)—but that's not a strict requirement.
If you're a serious student of this work without professional client experience yet, we welcome a conversation to explore fit together.
Many participants do—confirm with your company or tax professional.
We request a mutual confidentiality agreement for case discussions. This will be covered in the onboarding process and managed throughout or sessions together.
If you choose to cancel your participation, please note that all sales are final and non-refundable.
You will continue to have access to session recordings and the program resource page through the full duration of your original 3-month enrollment (and any continuation you’ve purchased).
If you’re unable to continue attending live, you may transfer your seat to a colleague for the remainder of your term. Just email us with their name and contact info so we can confirm cohort fit and share access details.
