Turn Coaching Into Change That Lasts

Professional Mastermind & Mentorship for Coaches, Consultants & Organizational Trainers

Those who develop others—by design, not by default

A unique mastermind (collaborative) mentorship (learning) group for executive and organizational coaches, consultants, and internal trainers who want to develop and integrate transformational methodologies into real client work—safely, ethically, and effectively.

Learn (and practice) how to help clients turn culture, accountability, and purpose into lasting results.
Transformational methodology works beneath tactics—shifting mindsets, emotional drivers, and shared language—so behaviors align naturally. The outcome: a more autonomous, collaborative environment where practices stick without constant oversight.

And this isn’t a replacement for your expertise—it’s an enhancement. We help you integrate these methods into the coaching, consulting, and training tools you already use, elevating your outcomes and giving you a clear competitive advantage in the market.

Start with a 3-month immersion to test and apply transformational methodologies in your coaching, consulting work or training. If it’s a fit, you’ll have the opportunity to continue in our Practitioner or Mastery Path to deepen your integration and expand your professional impact.

Who This is For

  • Executive & leadership coaches serving senior teams and enterprise leaders
  • Organizational consultants working on culture, change, and strategy execution
  • Internal L&D/OD/people development trainers responsible for talent development
  • Practitioners who want applied methodology & case mentorship, not theory

What You’ll Gain

  • Methodology integration: Learn how to translate core transformational principles into your existing coaching/consulting/training offers
  • System-level thinking: How to map stakeholders, incentives, and culture dynamics to design interventions that actually stick
  • Designing practices: Turn frameworks into repeatable client practices, rituals, and cadences
  • Language-in-action: Upgrade the conversations you lead—clarifying commitments, accountability, and follow-through
  • Measurement: Learn how to define leading indicators that show your work is working (beyond satisfaction surveys)
  • Ethical execution: Learn how to apply methods with informed consent, clear scope, and client safety as a market advantage and non-negotiables.

NOTE: We don’t offer certificates or certifications. We focus on capability, integrity, and results—not badges.

F.A.Q.'s

What is the continuation path? & Understanding the pricing options!

Some important principles of "safe and ethical" practice of coaching and development is being up front, honest and consistent with your pricing.  As well as setting up payment structures that do not lock people into participating in something that isn't right for them ... no sunk cost fallacy here!

So we designed the Studio with a 3 month trial commitment, which can be paid all at once $1200 OR  in monthly installments $425 a month.

At the two month mark you will be offered the opportunity to continue in either another 3 month, a 6 month or year long engagement.

Each offer comes with clear pricing and payment options:

3 month = $1200 or $425 a month

6 month = $2100 or $375 a month

12 month = $3900 or $350 a month

How big is the cohort?

Small enough for meaningful dialogue (typically 15 -20)

Will sessions be recorded?

YES!

Replays will be provided for all enrolled via a private webpage.  This webpage will also include all notes and additional resources (think worksheets, slides, handouts) we create and share along the way.

What's the time commitment & can I miss a session ?

Two 75 to 90-minute sessions per month.

YES you can miss sessions (although we promise the recordings will never be as good as the LIVE).  😉

Do I need a specific background ?

We recommend at least two years of client-facing experience (coaching, consulting, or internal L&D/OD).

Book a consult with Ed or Anne if you have a specific request for an exception, we are open.

Can I expense this as professional development?

Many participants do—confirm with your company or tax professional.

What about confidentiality?

We request a mutual confidentiality agreement for case discussions. This will be covered in the onboarding process and managed throughout or sessions together.

Is there a refund if I cancel?

If you choose to cancel your participation, please note that all sales are final and non-refundable.

You will continue to have access to session recordings and the program resource page through the full duration of your original 3-month enrollment (and any continuation you’ve purchased).

If you’re unable to continue attending live, you may transfer your seat to a colleague for the remainder of your term. Just email us with their name and contact info so we can confirm cohort fit and share access details.
