"The Blue Collar" Professor Shawn Humphrey shared with us his quest to continually both, earn and grow his sense of self-possession. He notes when we feel our sense of possession leave us the ego jumps in can take us from being helpful to hurtful.
Shawn developed, with his students, the Sidekick Manifesto. The philosophy outlined in the manifesto is a key aspect of the Community-led approach to solving problems. An approach we believe deeply in and launched the Summit to highlight!

The Summit is an exploration of new and distinct approaches to leadership and problem solving. Some of the things we covered included understanding our human capacity for imagining, taking a closer look at what is different or distinct about collaboration, and considering the heart and mindset shifts the concept "Enoughness" makes possible.
