Participants must agree to these Terms & Conditions to complete their registration.

In recognition of the COVID19 Global Pandemic and the uncertainty it creates, we have adjusted our refund and transfer policy to ensure our customers have peace of mind while moving forward into a future beyond the current state of the world.

I agree to pay any outstanding balance due no later than 7 weeks prior to the start of the Program.

I have read and understand the refund and transfer policy as stated. All cancellation, refund and transfer requests must be made in writing. 

  • Cancellations: Refunds will be provided for written or electronic cancellations received no later than 2 calendar weeks prior to arrival date of the Program. The refund provided will be less the non-refundable hotel accommodation and administration fee of $500. This retained fee will be available to be applied to a future iLumn8 Hosted In-Person Program for up to 2 years. 
  • Transfers: A one-time only transfer of a registration fee to a new registrant will be accepted up to 2 calendar weeks before the Program start date. 
  • No refunds or transfers will be provided in the week prior to the start date of the program.

If it became necessary to postpone the Program you would be transferred to the rescheduled date or have the option to cancel as stated above. 

I agree to thoroughly read all email communications related to the Program and will respond to any requests regarding my participation.
