We put significant care and resources into preparing every session, and we know your time is valuable too. For that reason, all sales are final and non-refundable once your enrollment is confirmed.
That said, we understand life happens. If you're facing an unexpected hardship, please reach out to us directly at [email protected]. We'll always do our best to find a human solution.
You will continue to have access to session recordings and the program resource page through the full duration of your program.
Payment Plans
If you have selected a payment plan, your remaining installments will be charged automatically on the dates agreed at checkout. Please ensure your payment method stays current. If a payment fails, we'll reach out to you directly — we'd rather work with you than lose you from the group.
Changes to the Program
While we plan to deliver all 21 sessions as scheduled, life — and the unexpected — can occasionally require adjustments. If a session needs to be rescheduled or a format modified, we will communicate with you promptly and do everything we can to minimize disruption. Any session that cannot be delivered live will be made available as a recording.
